Reconstruction and expansion of the Babnik shopping centre in Ljubljana

For Spar Slovenija d.d., we carried out the professional supervision of the reconstruction and expansion of the existing shopping centre. The supervision consisted of the demolition of the load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, implementation of new concrete load-bearing structures, construction of a basement in a part of the building within the existing building, implementation of new electrical and mechanical installations and the finishing work as well as control over the installation of the equipment. After completion of the work, we organized a technical inspection.
